Hello!
I'm Vivian, based in beautiful Moana, SA. I’m 61, single, and recently downsized after 30 years as a homeowner and for many years had International students & visitors renting rooms in my home. I pride myself on being tidy, organised, and respectful of others’ spaces.

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of caring for many beloved pets. My dear dog Pedro recently passed, and I deeply miss our daily walks and companionship. Now, I’d love to share that affection and attention with other people’s precious pets—especially small to medium-sized dogs, which I’m most comfortable with.

I’m now enjoying the freedom to travel and offer house/pet sitting services. I have previously house sat for friends.
I have a Police Clearance, a Working with Children Check, Mental Health First Aid training, integrity, and a good mix of life experience.

Since retiring from accounting, I’ve stayed active in the community as a volunteer Community Radio Presenter, Treasurer, and Youth Coordinator for the Port Noarlunga Blues Festival (running from 21st to 23rd November 2025—Unfortunately, I will be unavailable during those dates). I am able to fulfill my volunteer roles from "home".

Homeowners can feel confident knowing I’ll care for their home and pets as if they were my own. I have experience with pool maintenance. I'm attentive, respectful, and happy to tend to gardens and indoor plants —keeping the home fires burning while you’re away on a well-earned holiday.
