WFH Engineer, 24yrs, Daily Walks/Play

Hi, my name is Alex and I currently live in SE Melbourne with my partner at her family home (with two cats and a dog) - and looking for pet sits, ideally in the SE suburbs of Melbourne so that I can give them a little bit of a reprieve from having me in the crowded house.

I'm a software/robotics engineer who works full-time from home, so I'm well-suited to pets who like companionship throughout the day. I've always had dogs of all sizes (mini fox terrier -> boerboel) in my family since I was born, but also love cats - and am used to living with both clingy and independent personalities. I'm an avid sports fan, particularly soccer (playing) and NFL (watching) and spend the majority of my spare time on either creative projects around the house (3D printing, sewing) or playing board games with friends (Ticket to Ride, Catan, Dune)

I'm comfortable around all types of pets and animals. Have experience looking after dogs, cats and fish. Happy to do twice daily walks and any litter cleaning/changes

What I'm looking for:
* Decent internet connection
* Possibility of my partner visiting during the stay (a solo sit predominantly though as she has her cats to look after)
* Comfortable with the pets being alone for a few hours at a time if going out to gym/sports game/visiting friends Read more...
