I’m a self-employed part time bookkeeper, originally from Ireland but have lived in Cooktown, Far North Queensland for 28 years.

For the past couple of years, I split my time between Australia and Ireland to help care for my elderly father.

Now that my daughter has flown the coop, I no longer need to return to Cooktown between trips to Ireland so I'd like to enjoy some mini breaks when I'm back in Australia.

I Airbnb my house while I’m away and understand the need for trustworthy and clean guests .

I work from home so ideal for anyone who's dog likes company all day. I love my morning walk before I start work and then another at the end of my day.

Before I began to Airbnb my home, I’ve had house sitters stay and look after my dog while in Ireland, so I appreciate the level of trust involved. I lead a quiet lifestyle and love that I can work from home. I love gardening, going on beach and bush walks, yoga, and the gym, and I’m a non-smoker.

I have a beautiful, well-behaved and super friendly nine-year-old dog named Sheba. She’s an inside dog who loves the company of other dogs and her daily walks.

I would be honored to care for your home and dog as if they were my own. While I'm new to house sitting with Mindahome, I'm really eager for my first opportunity.
