We are Sophie (34F, English) and Kim (35M, Danish) from Aotearoa New Zealand. Originally meeting in a backpackers hostel eight years ago, our animal journey has blossomed from taking daily neighbourhood walks to find local cats, to rescuing chickens, fostering kittens, and finally becoming devoted pet parents ourselves. We're thoughtful, gentle people who naturally put both animals and humans at ease, a skill that's served us well in our years of pet care experience.
As passionate animal advocates, we understand that every creature deserves compassion and respect. Sophie has been caring for animals since age six, with experience ranging from nursing kittens with cat flu to providing gentle care for senior cats with dementia, always giving them the time, energy, and dignity they deserve. Kim has never met an animal he couldn't befriend, whether he's running around the park with energetic dogs, whistling to garden birds, or excitedly looking for starfish during beach walks.
As homeowners ourselves, we deeply value maintaining clean, tidy spaces and treating your property with the same respect we'd want for our own home.
