“Julianna came to house for a meet and greet and to run through some house specifics and we felt immediately comfortable and at ease with her as a potential sitter. The conversation flowed easily, some intro, some questions, some laughs, some travel stories and we were also shown some additional references and most of whom we happy for us to call them to discuss their experiences with Julianna. They had provided her with permission to pass on their phone number I see that willingness to help Julianna as the best evidence in her ability and trustworthiness. We accepted her offer on the spot and contacted the other two final contenders and declined their services.
Julianna was available to undertake a pre-sit for a short two-week caravan trip and we jumped at that offer. We felt no need to confirm her abilities to house sit, rather, we considered it an opportunity for her to decide whether or not she was willing to manage our specific house issue for six months as we travelled around Aus. We have no pets BUT we do live near and under what feels like Sherwood Forest and the leaves that impose upon our daily life is astonishing. Not good astonishing, but bad astonishing. So, Julianna undertook the two week challenge in her stride and then bravely doubled down and accepted the longer six month stint for the 2nd half of 2025.
Julianna maintained the house and yard to a very high standard and both inside and outside were cleaner than we left them. Julie also knew that we were hosting family over the Xmas period and we were exceptionally grateful upon our return to see our spotless open-house-ready digs. Julie undertook a full spring clean, what a champion effort, a BIG THANKS.”
