We live in a seaside villiage called Tomakin 16 kms south of Batemans Bay and 15 kms North of Moruya. Our home is only 150 metres from Barlings Beach and Tomakin Cove. We have a 9yo dog named Nellie. We have our little boy cat (Dr Jekylls), who is extremely affectionate and requires a lot of love and affection. He is 15 yrs old, has a gps unit for daytime, and then kept inside from 5pm.

We live in a newly built finished 4 bedroom house. We are sitting on a reasonably large slopy block with an unfinished garden which is currently unfenced.
