Small farm (60 acres) on the Hunter river near Maitland.
20 (low maintenance) horses, 1 very friendly dog. Nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes. 30 minutes to Hunter vineyards, 45 mins to Newcastle and beaches. Five bedroom house, very comfortable, good wifi, air conditioned, all modcons. Nice rural setting.
