We live in a seaside villiage called Tomakin 16 kms south of Batemans Bay and 15 kms North of Moruya. Our home is only 150 metres from Barlings Beach and Tomakin Cove. We have a 9yo dog named Nellie. We live in a newly built finished 4 bedroom house. We are sitting on a reasonably large slopy block with an unfinished garden which is currently unfenced.
There is space for two cars to park. A campervan or small caravan could also be possible, but keep in mind that our property is slopy, as is the start of the driveway.
