3 Bedroom with a Large sunroom and Large garden, 2 lounge rooms, ensuite and seperate bathroom, easy walk to the Lake.
Quite area, close to Lauriton, and North Haven.
Channels on chrome cast, Netflix/ Paramount/Prime/etc
Food will be supplied/ Freezer and fridge full, dog bathed fortnightly by dogwasher who comes to the property.
