Household runs on bore water, septic tank and grey water. All cleaning products are septic safe (these will all be provided including specific toilet paper).

This sit would best suit a couple. Lovely home situated overlooking a lake. Kayaks included. Not far from the beach, shops and clubs. Great place to really relax!! Not much maintenance required - only water a few plants. Dogs are a kelpie and a cattle dog X who will need minimum of daily walks (we walk twice daily which would be preferred). Read more

Low set house fully fenced on 1850 block with swimming pool. Very quiet road with only 6 other properties in No through road. Pot plants require water from tanks in hot weather. We have two mini Jackrussle/ Foxies aged 4yrs and are brothers. They require walks every day and LOVE playtime with toys or balls. Read more
