I have a 11 year old Maltese Shizu, we live in a 2 bedroom unit , but set up 1 bedroom only one block from the Boardwater and 15 mins from Surfers Paradise. Piper needs to be feed twice a day, walked in morning about 8am. She is happy in the unit during the day, uses puppy pads. Needs to be walked late afternoon, and put to bed around 9.30am.
