We have a lowset brick home on just under an acre. Fully air-conditioned with a pool. Beautiful sea views and sunsets. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. We have a 10 year old poodle and a noisy Alexandrine Parrot that needs to be looked after. We have a 4 bedroom brick home and pool in Point Vernon, only 450m off the beach.
The house is fully covered by solar, and solar batteries, Air-conditioning, Large outdoor patio with BBQ, and pizza oven.
There is a vege garden and fruit trees.
