2.5 bedroom home. Warm and cozy for wintertime. Two cats, one currently being taught to trust humans, one who lives in the house and rules the humans. It's a nice house. Super chill. We have a busy little house with a wild garden close to the center of Hobart. Shops, foodie joints, pubs, brewies(3!) and good coffee all within walking distance. 10min drive or 30min cycle to Hobart. 5 min drive to MONA. 15min drive to beaches and the mountain. Plenty to explore close with many bush walks within an hours drive.
