One of three units in the block, all occupied by women. Still a few things that I need to do as I only moved here in November. I doubt you'll be able to park in the garage just yet as it's still quite full but you can park on the property.

Sunny 3 bedroom house. Front and backyards. Really close to shops and 15 min from the beach.
The house comes with a beautiful cat companion, a 11 yo Tabby cat who enjoys going out under the sun and coming in for the night to sleep tight and comfy.

Near new home very low maintenance and very comfortable. Outdoor area for relaxing. We are 15 minutes from Geelong and Torquay and supermarket, shops are quite close though a car is necessary.

1 young Golden Lab, in a modern comfy 2storey townhouse in central Geelong. She is an indoor dog mostly, used to having humans home for work and company. She is a reclassified guide dog, well trained and quiet, but needs to be taken outside for toileting. And a couple of walks each day.
