We live in a single story, no steps with a sunroom. Mostly tiled except for lounge, living rooms and bedrooms. Non smoker, so would require someone who is a non smoker and non drinker. I have a 2 bedroom home, that has a big backyard and front yard closed off at front also, bathroom has a bog bathtub and shower head. Laundry has dryer also. 10-15 minutes walk to station and shops.
