single story, no steps with a sunroom. Mostly tiled except for lounge and living rooms. Non smoker, so would require someone who is a non smoker and non drinker. Garden will require watering and weeding. 3 year old Brussels Griffon x Shih Tzu dog. Was a rescue, have anxiety issues, scared of loud noises, a little timid especially at the start with strangers. We live in a new family home in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 office and 3 bathrooms. We have large comfortable living areas with large windows and sliding doors to let the sun in. The house has heating, cooling and internet.
