We live in a 2 bedroom new Villa in Gemlife Palmwoods. The Villa is 6 months old with a lovely rural view to the Malaney ranges. We are 10 mins drive to Montville and 3 mins drive to the local village of Palmwoods. The sunny coast beaches are 30 mins drive away. We have a small dog, Jack a Cavoodle 11 years old.
