About this house sitting position in Albion

We live in a lovely, low maintenance, 2 storey townhouse. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, ducted aircon, rainfall shower, comfy king sized bed. Little outdoor courtyard that gets nice afternoon sunshine. Both cats love attention and will look forward to pats and cuddles. Besides feeding our two cats their daily meals, there are two indoor plants that require watering once a week and a couple outdoor plants as well. Litter robot is very easy to maintain, just needs to be emptied twice a week and topped up with new litter. No lawn to mow. The neighbours are really friendly. Very close to some great cafes, restaurants, and public transport around the corner (train & bus). 7 min drive to Newstead shopping precinct. 13 min drive to Brisbane CBD. In terms of requirements, we're looking for an individual sitter (sorry no couples or groups) who has a fair bit of experience, loves cats, is willing to do a police check, respectful, and will return our home in the same condition they found it.
