Hi. My husband and I are looking for a sitter for our pets for the dates mentioned or otherwise negotiable between the dates mentioned. The accommodation for our sitter is a fully secure self contained granny flat. The granny flat is located on the ground level of a 2 storey house with access to the flat via a side gate. The upper level has separate access via the front door. The upper level of the house is occupied by our 2 mature self sufficient children whose lifestyle does not accommodate caring for our pets as they spend most of their time either at work our at their boyfriends houses. Rest assured they are quiet... no wild parties here!! The upstairs occupants and downstairs granny flat have a shared laundry with individual locked access doors. The granny flat has a spare bedroom which has recently been refurbished and has a double bed which could accommodate a child if you have one. We have an aquaponics set up which accommodates some perch (fish) that require feeding once per day. We also have 4ducks, 8 ducklings and 6 chickens and a wonderful vegetable garden. Our home is on a 800m2 block with access to 10acres of bushland out the back gate with walking tracks and a lovely little running creek. There is street parking for a caravan if you need somewhere to park up, however our requirement is for the sitter to stay in the flat. There is a very large back deck which over looks the outdoor fire pit, vege garden and bushland. There is off street parking for your car in our driveway.
