About this house sitting position in Alexandra Hills

Hey Guys,

We have a 3 bed 1 bath home on 700m2 with a lovely 6 year old cocker spaniel. We are looking for house sitters to look after Chester whilst we are away a few times per year, you will have access to everything on the property and the property is maintenance free. We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours and close to the bus stop for Redland bay, Capalaba and Alexandra Hills with an IGA just around the corner.

We back on to a lovely nature strip accessed via a gate in the garden where Chester can be taken for a run off leash twice a day so he pretty much walks himself 😂

Chester is easy going, loves cuddles, his food and a run around. He’s a very calm dog, responds well to recall and general orders, he is also non-reactive when out on walks if he sees any other dogs, and is generally very quiet like most gun dogs.

We are lucky enough to be in a good area where kangaroos can also be seen running through the nature strip which is always nice alongside a morning coffee on the back patio.

I have a dartboard setup and an assault bike for use if working out is your thing, and we are very close to numerous nature walks and hikes throughout the hills.

If you need anymore info please reach out, we usually do a quick meet up with house sitters just to introduce Chester and the home and always leave a list of instructions for anything you need to make use of in the house. We are always contactable whilst we are away and will always make sure Chester has sufficient food for your stay alongside any emergency contacts for friends close by if you should need someone to contact.
