Hi. My husband and I are looking for a sitter for our pets for the dates mentioned. The accommodation for our sitter is a fully secure self contained granny flat. The granny flat is located on the ground level of a 2 storey house with access to the flat via a side gate. The upper level has separate access via the front door. The upper level of the house is occupied by 3 mature self sufficient young ladies (one is our daughter 22, who is hardly ever here as she works and spends most of her time at her boyfriends house, one is a very quiet, 23 year old japanese international student, who also works 40hrs per week, the other is a lovely 30 year old argentinian lady who works full time and is in to holistic, clean living). Rest assured they are quiet ... no wild parties here!! The upstairs occupants and downstairs granny flat have no communal areas. The granny flat is completely self contained with separate entry. The granny flat has a spare bedroom which has recently been refurbished and has a queen bed. We have 3 rescued failed farm dogs who just make the most wonderful pets (too smart for working all day chasing cattle). We have an aquaponics set up which accommodates 9 perch that require feeding once per day. We also have 11ducks and 6 chickens and a wonderful vegetable garden. Our home is on a 800m2 block with access to 10acres of bushland out the back gate with walking tracks and a lovely little running creek. There is street parking for a caravan if you need somewhere to park up, however our requirement is for the sitter to stay in the flat as the dogs sleep indoors and like the day time human company inside or on the very large back deck which over looks the outdoor fire pit, vege garden and bushland. The dogs do not require walking. They entertain themselves. There is off street parking for your car in our driveway.
