Hobby farm..just over 40 acres..Scenic Rim region close to Boonah, SE QLD.

Accommodation is provided in a small modern open plan unit located 80m from our farm house. It is self contained with a bathroom, kitchenette, Q/S bed, TV, Wifi, and verandah overlooking views of the property, hills and mountain ranges to the NE and SW. Access to laundry facility is at our farm house.

There are 3 fresh water tanks supplying house and unit..Separate tank holds Dam water for watering our large garden areas.

We have 7 Droughtmaster-X cows, 6 calves, 2 heifers and 1 Droughtmaster bull all in our 30 acre back paddock with a stock dam and bore which supplies water to a large cattle trough. The bore is powered by a solar panel. There should be no need to attend to the cattle over the 5 day period. We also have one horse located in the top front paddocks requiring feeding, 4 chickens which are penned each night and 1 collie pup that will be 14 weeks old. A quad is available for use.
