About this house sitting position in APOLLO BAY

You are cordially invited to express an interest in housesitting for us.

Our home is a comfortable brick house just one block from the beach in the lovely Victorian seaside town of Apollo Bay. We're in a very quiet and peaceful area and any housesitter staying here should please respect that absolutely no parties are allowed.
We are 5 minutes'walk from the beach (we have a sea view from the deck) and we're 10 minutes' stroll from the town.

Your duties will include:
1. Animals: Our Bengal kitten, Tina Tiger, and our 2 year-old Aussie Terrier, Cashew, need lots of love and attention. Tina Tiger is a very energetic indoors kitty (please note there is a cat litter tray to attend to) but will need watching because she'd like to be an outdoors cat. Cashew is an active youngster who likes/needs lots of walks on the beach.
2. Garden: Our garden requires tending (mowing lawns, weeding, watering, veggie harvesting), particularly the beautiful new Japanese garden at the rear of the house.
3. House: Look after the house and keep it clean and safe.

Our non-negotiable requirements are:
* Non smokers
* No children
* No other animals.
