About this house sitting position in Armidale

My home is a recently renovated double story home with a deck at front and back, a private back yard, large open living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is on lovely south hill in Armidale with amazing outlook. I have a Golden Retriever and a golden cross English springer spaniel. both are super well manured and happy friendly dogs that will need looking after.
The house is a short 15mins walk into town, the walk home is uphill.
Wifi available and cool in Summer and gas ducted cosy fireplace when cool.
With only some bedrooms available, and a solar hot-water system limiting hot water available, this house is really best suited to a couple or single person.
