About this house sitting position in Armidale

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom double storey home , fully fenced and on 1 acre, approximately 3.5 Km from Armidale CBD. Armidale is a regional centre in Northern NSW located on the tablelands halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. A university town, with a cafe culture, Armidale has amazing national parks close by with fantastic walking tracks.
We are looking for someone to mind our house and look after our 3 chooks plus 2 dogs for 5 weeks beginning October - early November.
We are located in a beautiful rural setting close to walking tracks in peaceful quiet area.
One dog is a 3 year old, housed trained blue heeler called ‘Evie’ who is shy but friendly and likes to be around people once she gets to know them. The other is a 16 yr old border collie called ‘Koli’ who is also very house trained and likes to eat and sleep all day.
The house has reverse cycle cooling/ heating and a Coonara wood fire for those extra cold nights. Good facilities for working from home. We have a modern kitchen with all mod cons. A lovely garden and beautiful rural views.
