Hi, Im looking for a reliable, dog-loving house sitter to care for my comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Ascot Vale, just near Flemington Racecourse.
The apartment is quiet, clean, and very comfortable, with a large outdoor balcony and plenty of natural light. It’s close to parks and walking tracks, and only a short distance to the Melbourne CBD, making it a great spot for someone who enjoys both convenience and calm.
A special bonus: Melbourne city fireworks are clearly visible from just out the front of the apartment, perfect for New Year’s Eve 🎆

About Ruffles 🐶
Ruffles is a 5-year-old miniature Groodle with a big personality. He’s very smart, friendly, and absolutely loves his walks. He’s easygoing and can be left alone if needed, but will thrive with daily exercise, attention, and company.
