About this house sitting position in Ascot

2 story townhouse 3x2 in quiet, secure picturesque location with water views, in Ascot Waters. There is a small amount of garden although numerous pot plants, that will require watering. Otherwise the property is fairly straightforward to look after.
You would have use of the spare bedroom which has a Queen size bed and a wardrobe and small desk. Bathroom and toilet adjacent to this bedroom.
Secure garage, if required. Wifi available.
Walking distance to public transport - bus. Drive to shops.
Temperamental Burmese cat is in residence - or should I say in charge - who requires tolerant house sitter.
It will be necessary to keep the property clean, plants watered and the cat fed.

Police clearance and references required.
