About this house sitting position in Ashby

Our house is located in a cul de sac in Ashby, 5 kms from Wanneroo shopping centre.
There is a bus stop close by, Lake Joondalup just down the road and a Farmer Jacks just up the road, about 2 kms away.
There is parking in our driveway and in the cul de sac as we are the end house.

We have one indoor cat who likes to escape so the house sitter will need to be vigilant and be careful coming into and out of the house.

We do have gardens in the rear and front which is 70% reticulated so I would like someone to give my verge plants and those that aren't reticulated some water every few days or daily if it's hot.

Our house has an air con unit, a smart TV with Netflix, security doors, exterior security lighting and we have a RO water filter system. Wifi is available. We're close to parks and Lake Joondalup which is lovely.

We'd prefer only 1 person as house sitter however, if there is a mature couple, this might be okay. Unfortunately no families, groups or kids.

Our cat doesn't like a lot of noise and we have carpet throughout the house.
For these reasons, we have to pass on children and families. I wouldn't want the cat to get nasty with kids if she is stressed.

We'd prefer a WA local if possible. We've had overseas travellers in another house in the past and it didn't ended well with the house left messy and items were missing.

We are a vegan home - except our cat who obviously eats meat - BUT we don't mind if the house sitter cooks meat, as long as it's in a dedicated pan, which I can provide.
