About this house sitting position in Ashgrove

Flexible with dates. We are located <5km from Brisbane city on the Enoggera Ck, with bike/walking tracks running past our front door and along our quiet street to the Bank St Reserve, which is a 90 acre natural bush reserve that's home to Koala's and other native animals. We are less than 800mtr away from Newmarket Reading Cinemas and entertainment precinct with restaurants, supermarket, pub and cinema, public transport (buses) and more, and the train is another 800mtrs from these shops.
Our house is a large 2 story renovated post war QLDer with 5 bed 3 bath and 4 living areas, updated kitchen and amenities, with beautiful views overlooking council parklands and the Enoggera Ck that is a bit secluded and not widely used.
We have 2 TV's, broadband wifi, a raft of TV streaming, outdoor entertaining and 8" pool table, but no pool, and you are welcome to use what you would like. You can see your bedroom and bathroom from the photos provided, along with our two dogs. We do have ducted aircon however prefer not to use it unless really needed.
We love plants and have pot plants throughout the house that need watering at least once a week. We also have bonsai's in the garden that need watering every second day when there is no rain.

We have two female dogs to look after who are:
Pebble: a Jack Russell/Dachshund cross who thinks she’s a Jack but loves a cuddle like a dachshund; and,
Peanut: a bitsa mix of toy poodle/Maltese/Shih Tzu who’s constantly happy but forgets everything.
Both are well behaved and don’t need much attention, but love as much as they can get.
Pebble loves swimming in the creek out the back and Peanut loves to keep you company.
Both are toilet trained and are fed one meal a day consisting of dry biscuits only.
Requirements:
- feed the 2 dogs once a day and take them for an occassional walk if you would like to, but not a requirement
- water the indoor potplants 1-2 times per week
- water the outdoor potplants 1-2 times per week
- water the outdoor bonsai's every second day
- water the garden and lawn if in need and only if there hasn't been any rain for a while
- keep the house clean and tidy
- and enjoy!
This is a quiet leafy and tranquil little part of the world that feels like you are in the country, while having all of the benefits of inner city living. Read more...
