About this house sitting position in Ashgrove

Single story 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Ashgrove, only 10 minutes drive from Brisbane city. We have a spare bedroom with a TV and aircon/heat pump for the sitter to utilise. We live across from a park, so there is plenty of room for parking and it’s a very friendly neighbourhood. Public transport is close by and there are plenty of options for restaurants and entertainment. We have 2 dogs that will need care, Lucky is a 5 year old Moodle and Summer is an energetic 11 month old Rottweiler x Kelpie. We walk Summer at least once a day and then training and play in the back yard. Summer is still a puppy in training and can get distracted at times during walks, however, she is starting to get into a rhythm now. We keep the back yard tidy and bag any poops daily so the dogs can enjoy running around in the space. Lucky will go on walks, but sometimes he protests about it. He likes to walk at his own pace. They only need to be fed once a day, and they are both treat motivated.
