About this house sitting position in Aspendale Gardens

Hi,
Our single story 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a spa is located in a family oriented safe court with lovely neighbours. Our house is 10 minutes drive away from Edithvale and Mordialloc beaches with calm water, which are also accessible by bus or walk through the wetlands and walking trails.
We have outdoor plants, veggie patch, indoor plants and a cat that require care while we are away on 19-28 December 2026. Our cat is very friendly and he’s an indoor cat. So his litter will need to be cleaned. We have a cat enclosure built for him where the litter is also located so no smell in the house :) Despite having the enclosure he still tries to sneak out but he must not go out since there’s a cat outside who he got into a fight with twice :) This is the most important and tricky part while caring for him :) He is very mellow and friendly.
We have a spa in the backyard which you’re welcome to use during your stay. Melbourne is a 45 min train ride away.
We have Netflix, Disney + and Amazon. So night time, you’ll be entertained for sure :)
We prefer non smoker/vaper, responsible and mature individuals/couples. We might accommodate families but need to have a chat first. Read more...
