Split level Queenslander with a large backyard. Public transport nearby including bus stops, Chermside bus interchange and multiple train stations approx 5 min drive. Large shopping centre only 2 min drive or 15 min walk away. Many options for restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes and takeaway all conveniently only a few mins drive. Sitter required to water plants, mow lawn at least once and look after our gorgeous Golden Retriever Luna who is 9. She loves company, strolls around our neighbourhood, to the local park and afternoons at the beach.
