About this house sitting position in ASPLEY

Hello.

We are looking for a house sitter for our house, two cats and our dog.

It's a 4-bedroom house located in a quiet residential area. It's less than a 5-minute drive to the Chermside Westfield and a 10-minute walk to the express bus into the city.
The house is spacious and has a lovely feel to it. You can use our spa and cold plunge if you'd like.

We'd like the house sitter to live at our house during our time away. Suitable for someone working from home or flexible with their work hours. Duties include keeping the cats and dog company, cleaning the litter boxes regularly, looking after the dog, checking the mailbox, and watering our plants.

Our garden is being looked after by someone else, so no mowing is required :)

Our two cats are very friendly and easygoing. They are both indoor cats and very easy to look after. They eat from a timed feeder and have an electric water fountain. One cat needs medication added to a bedtime snack. Other than that, emptying the cat toilets daily is really the only thing that needs to be done for the cats.

Our dog is 2 years old. He is a Jug (Jack Russel x Pug) and super affectionate and happy to be alive. Food is his happy place, so he is very eager to please. He loves humans and dogs alike. He even likes the cats but the love is not reciprocated. ;)

Key facts about the dog and his routines:
- a daily walk or excursion to the dog park
- play time at home (tug, chase, etc..)
- sleeps in a crate through the night
- breakfast (~7am) and dinner (~7pm), kibble
- he is fine to be left alone at home during the day.
