About this house sitting position in Athelstone

We live in a 3 bedroomed house in a quiet Court in beautiful Athelstone. We have a local Koala family and lots of fantastic walks nearby, also we have Athelstone shopping centre just a 10 min walk away. We are a 20 min drive to the city and a 20 minute drive to Tea Tree Plaza Shopping Centre. We have several pets which include 2 dogs (kelpie x) aged 10 and 7 who are friendly with people and other dogs, 2 rats who are also very friendly and a bearded who is a little grumpy. The dogs are used to a couple of walks a day and love nothing more than cuddling up on the sofa in the evening. They are not used to being left for long periods of time (more than 6 hours). The rats need fed once a day and also like to get out for a little run around and some cuddles. The beardie just wants to be left alone but may need to be fed if he wakes up ( live crickets). We are looking for someone from Adelaide as we quite like to meet the person/persons before the sit and introduce them to the mini zoo and explain the animal care requirements.
