They are kind and generous people and were great to communicate with, giving us an easy list of instructions and a tour of the gorgeous garden they have created. Their beautiful home was a pleasure to take care of and we loved watching the birds each afternoon in the many bird baths! We would be happy to house sit for them again any time.”

“It was a pleasure house-sitting Trixie and Peter's property for a month . As I live in Atherton, I was able to visit them prior to their overseas trip. Trixie and Peter are very welcoming and gave a helpful comprehensive tour of the house and garden. No pets on this house-sit, instead, a gracious quintessential Queenslander with expansive verandahs set in beautiful semi-tropical gardens. The renovated kitchen and bathroom allowed for easy cleaning (I loved the deep soak bath), and the electric mower and automatic watering for a small nursery were great assists. I also enjoyed having the organic fruit trees and vegetable garden at my disposal for the month. The house is easy walking distance to the main shopping centre. For the sports-minded, Atherton has an olympic-sized swimming pool, and trail walks that begin in town. All in all, a delightful house-sit for warm, sociable owners.”
