About this house sitting position in Atwell

Hello,

I am looking for a house/petsitter for my suburban home in Atwell, 6164 . I am looking for a single, clean and tidy, non smoker female who is confident and experienced with medium sized dogs as my 7 year old rescue dog can be uncomfortable with strange/unknown men coming to the house.

My home is a clean, comfortable 3 X 1 in a quiet neighbourhood. Guest room has a single bed for the Housesitter. There is wifi, and smart tv, electric heater and airconditioning. Garage will be available for parking.
I have a medium sized garden which should not require much maintenance beyond watering pot plants once a week and topping up the ponds with water.

Pet care:

Dog

Mia is a 28kg rescue dog. Staffy/rottie/mixed X. She is very sweet and loves pats and attention. She is generally dog social as long as other dogs respect her personal space. Due to being attacked 6yrs ago, she can be timid and uncertain of over excited dogs including puppies and small yappy dogs. While she is very keen to meet other dogs it is best to avoid unknown dogs due to unpredictability. However, she does have several doggie friends in the neighbourhood of similar size whose owners (and the dogs themselves) would probably make themselves known. In summer Mia has a 20min walk as long as weather is not too hot. She has a front attaching harness and walks reasonably well on lead.

Note: ABSOLUTELY NO dog parks or off-lead activities as she has selective listening and recall, and zero recall if she sees/hears motorbikes, birds or toy remote controlled cars. She is easily overwhelmed with too many strange dogs in her personal space.

2 Cats

Crumpet (9 years old), I have had since she was a teenager, can be shy of strangers, very docile. Crumpet has allergies and requires medication aministered directly to mouth every 2nd day.

Harry (3 years old). He is timid of unknown people but loves the other cat and dog.
They are strictly indoors only with access to outdoor cat run.

Fish

I have a small heated 20litre fish tank with assorted small fish inside the house. They require feeding once a day.
