Small complex with private jetty on river with views to ocean. Walking paths to town, river, beach + new bike/walking path to Lighthouse. Augusta (Tallinup) is home to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse & start/finish of Cape to Cape Track, nearby Karri, Jarrah Forests, Wineries & Artisan Galleries. “Janine is a lovely home owner in a beautiful location in Augusta WA. Her house is well maintained and close to the river and town. Her two cats Jack and Indigo are very mellow and easy to look after. Would recommend as a home owner to work with who provides clear and regular communication and is very accomodating. ”
