About this house sitting position in Austinmer

A beautiful old weatherboard house in Austinmer within 5 mins walk to the beach and 1min walk from the train station and bus stop. The house has a beautiful garden with veggie patch and views of the escarpment and ocean. The house is a short drive to Thirroul which has two supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants with great food.
We have three dogs, one Australian Shepherd called Gustavo who is 10yrs old and two border collies called Cybi and Griffy who are 4 yrs old. The two border collies can be walked together but Gustavo would need to be walked separately as he can be a bit reactive to any dogs you come across while walking. If three dogs are too many to walk we could also arrange someone to come do some walking.
There is also 2 cats that are quite old so just sleep most of the time. One has long fur that will need brushing occasionally to avoid dreadlocks.
The only other request would be if it doesn't rain much to please water the plants to keep them alive.
