About this house sitting position in Aveley

Hi,
I have a lovely spacious home in Aveley, in the Swan Valley. I only have 1 bedroom with bathroom available, so ideally it would suit one person - there will be a queen size bed, bedside tables & a built-in robe with sliding doors. The bathroom is next door to the bedroom with a shower & bath & full vanity.
I am going to be interstate for work starting at the beginning of Sept for around 6 months & this could extend out.
I would like someone to take care of my house, take care of my front/back garden & be a presence in the house, as I don't want to leave it empty while I am away.
I have a few particular ways of doing things & like to keep the house well-maintained, very neat & clean, but apart from that there is not much to do, so the house would be yours to just live in & enjoy.
My car will be going with me so there will be a double garage with buzzer available.
Items that I will cover the costs of :
- mortgage/rent
- land rates
- home & contents insurance
- internet
- use of household facilities such as living & kitchen
- repairs or maintenance (these need to be discussed & agreed beforehand)
Items I expect you to pay for :
- utility bills such as electricity, gas & water
- repairs if you break something
It's a really lovely quiet area with lots of parks around, there are small shops nearby, a Woolworths, cafes.
In under 10 minutes drive you can get to the Ellenbrook train & bus stations.
In Ellenbrook there is a shopping centre, gyms, takeaway places, Bunnings, Kmart, Spudshed, loads of new shops.
It takes 30-40 minutes to get into the city by road depending on the time of day.
I'm looking for someone who has looked after houses before & is really responsible & wants a beautiful home to live in & will care for it as their own.
I would potentially consider someone with a dog, as I have a dog I will be taking with me but definitely no other animals (I have severe allergies to other animals like cats & rabbits). Read more...
