About this house sitting position in Baldivis

Hello, we are looking for someone to look after our house and Bailey, he's a 4 yr old Spoodle. This breed can be typically anxious and he is! He loves company, so preferably want a retired person/couple or someone that can work remotely or maybe part time outside of the house, No children sorry. Bailey loves 30 mins walkies twice a day, sometimes he gets more. He'll love you to play with him & his toys. He will want cuddles from you and probably become your new shadow. Our house is only 8 months old, we live in a nice quiet part of Baldivis with a small park across the road, another park 3 houses down at the T junction - with native bushland behind that & all around (& hundreds of kangaroos come out to that park after sunset, Bailey loves chasing them), and another great park a couple hundred mts away. It is 5 min drive to Baldivis Shops, 10 mins to Warnbro beach, 15 mins to the beautiful Rockingham Foreshore with lot's of cafes & restaurants and gorgeous beach, including the doggy beach Kwinana end that you can walk for at least a couple of klms.
