3x2 in nice quiet neighbourhood in Baldivis. Direct park frontage. Fully fenced. Small backyard with grass and paving. Double covered garage with remote access. Ducted evaporative aircon. Gas cooking. Close to public transport and shops. 15 mins to beautiful quiet beaches. Indoor and some outdoor plants will need watering once weekly. Gardens are reticulated.

This is a pet sitting job, we have a 6 year old female English staffy called Maeve and a 2 year old male cat called Kirby. Maeve will need one 15-30 min walk daily. At home she is chilled and loves cuddles (she’s not a licker). She has separation anxiety so I leave her inside when I go out. She doesn’t howl or bark and she’s not destructive, but she can jump and that’s why she must be left inside. Kirby is very chilled out, he’s outside during the day and inside at night. He likes a pat but not overly cuddly. He rarely uses his indoor litter tray.
