About this house sitting position in Ballan

We live in a lovely rural town, Ballan. Our home is a unique hay bale house, on 1/4 of an acre. It has 3 bedrooms (1 bed is a king, 1 bed is a queen and the final bedroom has a cot), 1 bathroom, a large living/dining area, a second living space and large laundry. There are 2 parking spots. We have 2 beautiful dogs (border collie and a golden retriever) and 6 cats (all rescues) which will require to be looked after. They all get along and are beautiful!

General up keep of the house/looking after the areas you use in the home are required, as well as looking after the furbabies. The dogs - Bruce & Hamish require 1 large walk each day or play fetch in the garden. The cats will require their kitty litter changed, we have 2 self cleaning litter trays which really help! ☺️ The cats need fed 2x daily and the dogs 1x a day.

You can enjoy the garden and can see/visit the alpacas which live next door! At the bottom of the property there are some woods you can access which is lovely for a walk!

We are a 5min walk to ballan town where there are a few cafes, a pub, supermarket, GP, pharmacy. 10-15 walk takes you to the train station, the trains go direct to Melbourne and to Ballarat. A short drive takes you to neighbouring towns, Greendale, Bacchus Marsh, Blackwood and 30mins to Ballarat.

Please note, we will remove the kids toys before you arrive so there is more space 😀
