We live in Brown Hill, in a beautiful quiet location,10 minutes drive to Ballarat CBD. We are looking for a mature , retired couple, non smoking, who love animals..we have 2 very lovable, affectionate female cats, Millie, a beige snowshoes cat, and Dusty, a beige ragdoll. We also have a very friendly miniature dachshund ,Winnie, who loves walks and to sit on your lap. Our home is a modern, contemporary home with views from the front lounge and garden across the Ballarat district. An open living area leads to the meals and kitchen area. An Alfresco outdoor patio is surrounded by a lovely secluded garden area. There is a lockup garage with easy internal access to the entry hallway. Required tasks are caring for our fur babies, watering our pots and small garden when required, maintaining an easy care home and collecting mail. Our home is very comfortable, with split system heating/cooling and ceiling fans. House sitters would be able to use our wifi and watch Net Flix, Stan, etc on our smart tv's. We are just 5-10 minutes to the shops. Easy access to tourist attractions including one of Victoria's most famous attractions Sovereign Hill. Enjoyable easily accessible country drives to Geelong, Daylesford, Trentham, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Buninyong, etc, to just name a few.
