About this house sitting position in Ballarat

I have a full spinal reconstruction surgery coming up. Expected time frame is two weeks in hospital, followed by two weeks of rehabilitation. Discharge may be earlier, so only the From date is fixed.
I only moved into this house in June, it's a three bedroom home, one of which is being set up as a craft room. It has a well equipped kitchen and large bathroom with a deep cast iron bath, as well as a shower.
It is currently up for sale, so my lease is only for one year.
I have 4 Maltese x Shitzu dogs, three are 3 years old and the other is nearly 17 and almost blind. They are well behaved, will follow you everywhere and like nothing more than just being close to you.
I have a vegetable garden in pots that will need watering and the lawn will need to be mowed and whipper sniped. My lawn mower is push button start and self propelled, the whipper snipper is lightweight and battery powered.

I am an ex veterinary nurse and up until 5 years ago I owned my own home and dog boarding kennels in Tasmania, which I miss very much.
