Modern, single-storey, non-smoking home in the suburbs. Off street parking. Close to bus stop, approx 6km to central Ballarat. Shopping close by, including supermarket and pharmacy. Close to large park area. Guest room has queen bed (so suitable for a couple) and own bathroom/toilet. You have access to Internet.
Winter in Ballarat can be a bit cold but the house is warm with split systems in the living area and your bedroom.
Kali is 10yo, small-medium sized, indoors dog. She likes a walk every day, as long or short as you like. She is cool with being at home alone during the day but also loves company. She would accept another, small-medium sized, dog in her home (not a puppy as Kali is a senior and puppies make her cranky). Your dog would need to be chook-friendly. Chooks/hens have an automatic feeder. Just just check their water and food every few days and give them some greens daily.
