About this house sitting position in Ballina

We have a well trained Kelpie named Kit (Kitty) she is 7 years old and loves belly scratches and chasing the ball on the beach or at the park.
Millie is a shy and timid cat, that can be a bit stressed by change but warms up to visitors after a few days- of course on her own terms. Monty is a talkative Alexandrian parrot, usually more vocal in the afternoons, very entertaining and charismatic he does not fly likes to sit on shoulders and take a walk around the house.
Finally our amazing little composters Puddin’ and Charlie two Guinea pigs, Pudding is the more vocal one and advocates for Charlie, calling out for veggie scraps whenever people are nearby.

Recently purchased our first home, has strong 1970’s vibe upstairs. Clean and minimal on the river. 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom fully fenced yard with herb and veggie gardens. ( lower floor of home is set up as a guest suite. )

Easy access to public transport, literally outside front door.

Short walk to small shopping village, fisherman’s co-op ,parks, local tavern and restaurants, short drive to beach.

We have fantastic mobile reception in the area.
