We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern townhouse. It is fairly low maintenance, with wooden floors on the living/dining level and carpeting in the bedrooms. The property has its own front street entrance, fully fenced with a gate. There is a small front yard which requires no gardening, as there is a 'Termiturf' covered lawn. There is a wide, covered balcony to the rear of the living area, accessed by large, sliding doors and shaded by an electric blind.
We have a 13 year old Maltese Shih Tzu dog, who requires someone to be at home for much of the day. He is generally easy going, loves his 3 short walks a day, mealtimes and chilling out with 'his people.'
