Small house situated in quiet cul de sac
1mature female standard poodle dog - 4yrs age - in good health, fairly chilled, and enjoys a daily walk. Used to being inside most of the day, but is ok outside for some time during the day. Needs to be inside once dark for their, and neighbor comfort.
Public Transport - bus and tram to CBD and major shopping centres within close proximity
Supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent and takeaway [delivery also] within accessible distances
Internet access provided
No utilities service fees whilst sitting - Reverse cycle air conditioning in family room, gas heater to lounge area, individual electric panel heaters in all bedrooms. Gas hot water.
