Care for 2 cats, 1 shy, in a modern open plan brick home with most 'mod cons'. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large and separate living areas, a modern kitchen and a large (uncovered) patio. There are 2-3 stairs between each level, plus a stairway from the laundry down into the garden. It’s on a half-acre block in a cul de sac.

There is a ride-on mower for the large lawn area. Pot plants inside and out will need watering and mail collected.

You will have a queen size bed and own spacious bathroom. Heating is by aircon. Lock up garage for your car. There is space in the driveway for a caravan.

Located on the south coast of NSW, only minutes off the coast on the Shoalhaven River where the beach, fishing and boating options are all nearby. Good base for sightseeing.

Prefer a single female or a couple, no children.
