Care for 2 cats, 1 timid, in a modern open plan brick home with most 'mod cons'. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large and separate living areas, a modern kitchen and a large (uncovered) patio. There are 2-3 stairs between each level, plus a stairway from the laundry down into the garden. It’s on a half-acre block in a cul de sac.

There is a ride-on mower for the large lawn area. Pot plants inside and out will need watering and mail collected.

You will have a queen size bed and own spacious bathroom. Heating is by aircon. Lock up garage for your car. There is space in the driveway for a caravan or motorhome.

Located on the south coast of NSW, 2 hours south of Sydney, it’s only minutes to the Shoalhaven River for fishing and boating. Beaches 20 mins away. Good base for sightseeing the Shoalhaven, Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Eurobodalla areas.
The Nowra CBD with major stores is only 5 klms away (other stores are in South Nowra or Bomaderry)

Farmers markets are in Nowra, Berry and Kiama.

Own transport required.
Prefer a single female or a couple, no children.
