About this house sitting position in Banksia grove

We have a low maintenance, brand new home in close proximity to supermarkets and other necessities, as well as a 10 minute drive to Joondalup shopping centres. The Wannaroo golf course is literally across the road, and there is a bus stop just a few doors down which takes you to Joondalup train station.
The house is also just 15 minutes drive to the lovely restaurants and bars at Mindarie Marina, as well as Mindarie beach, and the south Mindarie foreshore reserve.
I've attached photos of the house unfurnished, but will add furnished photos when we return from holiday and I can take them. P
The back yard is fully fenced, and low maintenance, so gardening and mowing isn't required.
Our main focus is finding some one who will love and look after our doggo Patch as tho he is their own. Patch loves being around people, and doesn't do too well on his own, so ideally you work from home or are retired and happy to take him along on your adventures. He is also super friendly and loves other dogs, so your well behaved dog would also be welcome.
